You can exchange the product as long as it is in good condition, including both the original packaging and the product itself, and within the maximum time limit of 30 days.

The delivery time within the USA is between 3 to 5 days. Please note that international shipping is not currently available.

We usually inspect the merchandise for quality control before it is shipped. However, if it arrives damaged or defective, we can exchange it within the maximum time limit of 30 days, as long as it is in good condition and includes both the original packaging and the product itself.

We usually provide size charts on the specific page of each brand that we carry. However, unfortunately, not all suppliers provide us with that information.

The brands we carry are well-known and each brand complies with all safety requirements.

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment options. We plan to include PayPal and Google Pay in the near future.

The refund will be processed once we receive the product in sellable condition (like new). The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on the bank’s processing time.

We offer regular ground 3-day shipping, which is paid by the customer. Additionally, we have a next-day shipping option available, which is also paid by the customer if it is available in our warehouse. Please note that the next-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Do you offer international shipping for riding gear purchases?

You can request next-day shipping, and it will be arranged if the product is available in our warehouse. Please note that there is an additional cost for expedited shipping, which will be paid by the customer.
