Shipping Destinations
1.1. We currently ship orders only within the United States.
1.2. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
2.1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
2.2. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
3.1. We offer regular ground 3-day shipping, which is paid by the customer. Additionally, we have a next-day shipping option available, which is also paid by the customer if it is available in our warehouse. Please note that the next-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
4.1. Regular ground 3-day shipping is paid by the customer.
4.2. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost. The exact shipping fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Order Tracking
5.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
5.2. You can also log into your account on our website to view the status of your order and track the shipment.
Delivery Time
6.1. The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination.
6.2. Standard shipping typically takes 3 business days for delivery.
6.3. Expedited shipping options may provide faster delivery times, usually the next business day.
6.4. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.
Order Modifications
7.1. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or changed. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
8.1. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or any other reason, we will contact you to verify the shipping details.
8.2. If the package cannot be successfully delivered after reasonable attempts, we may cancel the order and issue a refund, excluding any shipping fees.

9.2. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
